Job Description – Accounts ExecutiveExperience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST compliance, and day-to-day financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, E-Way Bills, E-Invoices, BRS, and MS Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle accounting entries and bookkeeping using Tally Prime/ERP.
• Prepare and generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
• Record and verify purchase entries and supplier invoices.
• Post and reconcile bank entries.
• Maintain cash entries and cash book.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle GST-related accounting, records, and documentation.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
• Practical experience with E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
• Knowledge of purchase, bank, and cash accounting.
• Good understanding of GST compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company will be an added advantage.
