Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, site visits, and closing property deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in real estate

Handle inbound & outbound calls to potential clients

Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers

Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain client data and sales reports

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams

Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
