Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Barista & Breakfast Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing quality coffee and a variety of breakfast and light-meal items while maintaining excellent hygiene and a clean, organized work area.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other beverages.
• Prepare pancakes, waffles, breakfast omelettes, sandwiches, and oatmeal.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen/barista station well organized.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Operate and care for coffee machines and basic kitchen equipment.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service when required.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when ingredients or supplies are running low.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast and coffee-service hours.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a barista, breakfast cook, café cook, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic breakfast cooking.
• Ability to prepare pancakes, waffles, omelettes, sandwiches, and oatmeal.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hygiene, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment.
