Civil Engineer- Finishing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all finishing activities at project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and interior works.
• Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of finishing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of works as per project schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify finishing defects/issues.
• Maintain material consumption records and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping at site during execution.
• Assist in measurement verification and billing of contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in finishing works in residential/commercial construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction finishing materials and techniques.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
