JOB DESCRIPTION – HELPER Position: Shop Helper / Warehouse Helper
Industry: Wallpaper Wholesale & Distribution
Location: SIDDIAMBAR BAZAR NEAR HOTEL RAJDHANI
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading wallpaper rolls and cartons.
- Arrange wallpaper rolls properly in the warehouse/showroom.
- Help with packing and dispatching orders.
- Check quantities and designs before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the shop and warehouse.
- Assist customers and staff in finding wallpaper designs and stock.
- Move wallpaper cartons and rolls between the showroom, warehouse and loading area.
- Help with stock counting and basic inventory work.
- Handle wallpaper carefully to avoid damage, bending or soiling.
- Assist with general day-to-day shop and warehouse activities.
- Follow instructions from the shop manager/supervisor.
- Requirements Physically fit and comfortable handling wallpaper cartons/rolls.
- Basic reading and counting ability.
- Previous experience in a wallpaper, furnishing, hardware, textile or wholesale shop is preferred but not compulsory.
- Should be punctual, honest and responsible.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Working Hours[ 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM]
Weekly off: SUNDAY
Salary₹12000 – ₹15000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Additional: Overtime/attendance incentives can be provided as per company policy.
Preferred CandidateA hardworking person who can handle warehouse work, packing, loading/unloading and basic customer assistance and is looking for a stable long-term job.
