Job Description

Order Management


  • Accept and manage all incoming orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp promptly.
  • Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain coordination with delivery partners for smooth pickups.

Food Preparation


  • Prepare fruit custard bowls, juices,Fruit bowls and other menu items as per standard recipes.
  • Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in food handling.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in every order.

Inventory Management


  • Monitor daily stock levels of fruits, milk, containers, and packaging materials.
  • Update stock-in and stock-out records manually or in the tracking app/sheet.
  • Inform the manager promptly in case of low stock or expired items.

Kitchen Operations


  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment at all times.
  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for preparation, packing, and safety.
