We are looking forward to hire SAP MDM Professionals in the following areas :

 

SAP MDM Consultant 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Experience of 3-5  Years in SAP MDM : preferably in Application Support
• Should have worked on Maintenance and support services for Master Data Management support (L1&L2). The service areas are:Vendor Master, Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing Master & Finance Master
• Should have worked on Incident Management, Service request fulfilment, Problem Management, Knowledge management and standard operating procedures (SOPs) maintenance
• Continuous improvement on process and procedures to be agreed upon with client
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.

• Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like service now, solution Manager etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to work in 24 x 5 support environment.
