As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in aligning platform components to support organizational data needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment. The engineer plays a vital role in coordinating efforts that enhance the overall data infrastructure, ensuring that the platform supports current and future business requirements effectively.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align data platform components with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize data platform performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business processes.
- Strong knowledge of data integration principles and best practices to ensure system interoperability.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data platform components for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality management concepts to maintain data integrity.
