Job SummaryAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Mood Parfums directly to customers through our canopy-based field sales activities. You will interact with potential customers, understand their preferences, introduce them to our fragrances, and drive sales.

The selected candidates will receive regular training sessions every week to develop their product knowledge, communication skills, sales techniques, and customer-handling abilities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage the assigned Mood Parfums sales canopy at designated locations.
• Approach and engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain product features, fragrances, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper presentation and hygiene of the sales canopy.
• Handle customer queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain basic records of sales and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report daily sales performance.
• Attend weekly training and development sessions.
• Follow company guidelines, sales processes, and professional standards.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and candidates with sales experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
