Job Description

A senior graphic designer leads creative projects, mentors junior team members, and shapes brand identities. Core duties involve managing design tasks from concept to delivery, ensuring visual consistency, and creating high-impact digital and print assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects: Oversee digital and print campaigns from initial brief to final production.
  • Guide quality: Review work from junior designers and provide clear creative direction.
  • Maintain brand identity: Enforce style guidelines and ensure consistent visual language across all media channels.
  • Collaborate: Partner with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to meet business goals.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years working as a graphic or senior designer in an agency or in-house team.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing completed digital and print design projects.
  • Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
