Job Summary The Hub Executive is responsible for rider onboarding, documentation, vehicle allotment, rent collection, MIS reporting, recovery coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hub operations while adhering to company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:-    Onboard riders as per company process and verify all required documents (ID proof, driving licence, address proof, etc.).

·      Complete rider onboarding forms and ensure rental agreements are properly explained and signed.

·      Collect, update, and maintain security deposit records.

·      Allocate two-wheelers to riders and ensure proper handover of vehicles, keys, and accessories.

·      Maintain vehicle entry/exit logs and vehicle condition reports.

·      Ensure timely daily/weekly rent collection and share updated MIS and collection reports.

·      Follow up with riders for pending dues and coordinate with recovery and calling teams for overdue payments.

·      Escalate unresolved recovery cases as per company policy.

·      Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams for servicing, damages, and missing assets.

·      Maintain accurate operational records and daily reports while ensuring compliance with company SOPs.

·      Facilitate smooth communication between the hub, riders, and central operations team.

·      Achieve a daily rider allotment target of 2 riders (approximately 60 riders per month).

·      Basic MS Excel/MS Office knowledge

·      Record-keeping and documentation

·      Problem-solving and coordination abilities

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
