Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP MDG 

Responsibilities: 

1.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) implementation.  

2. Design, develop, and customize SAP ABAP programs and Web Dynpro applications to meet business needs and enhance SAP functionalities. 

3. Develop and maintain technical specifications, unit test scripts, and documentation for ABAP developments.  

4. Configure and customize SAP MDG modules, including data models, workflows, business rules, and UI configurations.  

5. Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MDG with other SAP modules and third-party systems.  

6. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.  

7. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance monitoring.  

8. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and industry’s best practices.  

9. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.

Mandatory skill sets: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  

2. At least 4 years of experience as an SAP MDG and Web Dynpro consultant, with a focus on MDG implementation.  

4. Proficient in developing and customizing Web Dynpro applications using Floorplan Manager (FPM) and UI configurations, BRF+ validations and derivation along with CVI configuration.  

5. Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) implementation, including data modeling, UI modeling, business rules, workflows, and data replication for all the out of the box solutions provided by SAP MDG and utopia. 

6. Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration with SAP MDG, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.  

7. Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver Gateway, OData services, and UI5/Fiori development is a plus.  

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.  

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  

10. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. 

Preferred skill sets: 

SAP MDG Consultant will be accountable for MDG application development while adhering to established processes and simultaneously handling critical situations. Candidate will be willing to take up challenges, know about key business areas, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solutions sustainable, and develop expertise for the team. You will have the skills required to become a successful techno functional architect and be part of complex global implementations. Moreover, features that can transfigure a person’s potential to raise an organization to the next level are imperative.
