Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to establish and expand our market presence for high-precision laboratory instruments. You will be responsible for building a territory from the ground up—identifying new accounts in Life Sciences, Biotech R&D, Pharmaceuticals, and Academic/University labs, generating leads, and driving the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Establishment & Lead Generation: Prospect aggressively to identify new business opportunities across targeted sectors; map key labs, research institutes, and procurement heads.
• Inquiry to Deal Conversion: Qualify inbound and self-generated inquiries, deliver technical product presentations, coordinate demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Account & Stakeholder Management: Build long-term relationships with lab managers, principal investigators (PIs), procurement officers, and R&D scientists.
• Pipeline & Territory Ownership: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast quarterly revenue accurately.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends, and government/university research funding updates to position products effectively.
