Roles and Responsibilities:
Innovate and Explore: Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and agent-driven development. Conduct technical "spikes" and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns, and present your findings to the team.
Develop and Deliver: Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, scalable products and features from end to end, with a focus on AI-driven development.
Collaborate on Requirements: Partner with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with our long-term vision.
Ensure Quality: Write and review code, develop test plans, and create automated tests to ensure features meet the highest quality standards.
Troubleshoot and Resolve: Actively participate in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving production issues.
Learn and Share: Share your knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Experience in software development and a solid understanding of software architecture.
* A strong focus on understanding the domain and delivering solutions that drive customer success.
* A strong passion for innovation and a track record of exploring and introducing new technologies.
* Proficiency in AI and agent-driven development.
* Experience with AI-powered developer tools like Claude, Cursor, etc.
* Proficiency in test automation and quality assurance best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.

Required Qualifications:
* Strong experience developing and scaling SaaS applications.
* Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
* Deep understanding of modern web frameworks (e.g., React.js, Node.js,) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JSON).
* Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
* Demonstrated expertise in building RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
* Experience with test automation frameworks for unit and functional testing.
* Proven experience in system-level design and engineering best practices across distributed systems.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
* 3+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a methodical approach to tackling complex challenges.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated initiative to innovate and drive technical enhancements.
