Job Description
Outbound Calling: Dial potential customers from provided lead lists to pitch products, services, or special offers.
Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs and pass qualified leads to the sales closing team.
Follow-Ups: Call back interested prospects or scheduled leads to nurture relationships along the sales pipeline.
Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer queries with clear, helpful, and polite communication.
Data Management: Update customer information, notes, and call outcomes daily in the company CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions
