Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales team of around 10 members, drive revenue growth, develop new markets and manage key customer relationships across fire and life safety, ELV & utility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the goals.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and business plans.
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage key accounts and major business opportunities.
- Drive B2B/project sales for fire and life safety, ELV & utility systems.
- Monitor market trends to provide better solutions to the client along with pricing.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts and team performance.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Handle major negotiations and close the deals.
- Report sales performance and growth plans to the management.
Qualification & Experience
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in B2B, project sales, fire & life safety, ELV & utility systems MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and sales & marketing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
