Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month

*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, conducting meetings, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into successful projects.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

Generate new business opportunities and leads.

Conduct meetings with clients and understand their requirements.

Handle client communication and build long-term relationships.

Present and explain the company’s construction services professionally.

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.

Maintain regular sales reports and client updates.

*REQUIRED SKILLS*

3–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Construction industry experience is preferred/required.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong client-handling and presentation skills.

Ability to independently conduct client meetings.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Good knowledge of the Indore market will be an added advantage.
