Telecalling Executive / Senior Telecaller/Team Leader (Loan & Finance)

We are seeking a professional, high-performing Telecalling Executive to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, presenting tailored loan solutions (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or LAP), evaluating applicant eligibility, and guiding customers through the end-to-end loan application process.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesOutbound & Lead Management:Contact qualified leads and prospective customers provided through CRM databases.Conduct introductory calls to pitch various financial and loan products effectively.Eligibility Assessment & Need Analysis:Analyze client financial needs, income profiles, employment status, and credit requirements.Determine loan eligibility based on company standards and banking partner parameters.Product Guidance & Counseling:Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment tenures, processing fees, and EMI structures clearly to prospective applicants.Resolve customer queries and address objections with technical clarity and professionalism.Documentation & Application Pipeline:Guide clients through the application process and assist in collecting essential documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, ITR).Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications.Target Achievement & Reporting:Meet and exceed monthly call volume, conversion rate, and loan disbursal targets.Maintain precise records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and lead stages within the CRM system.Qualifications & Key RequirementsEducation: Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related discipline preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience considered).Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or direct sales within Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, or Insurance sectors.Core Competencies:Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi).Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of loan products, EMI calculations, interest rates, and basic credit scoring (CIBIL).Professional Demeanor: Excellent telephone etiquette, client-handling skills, and resilience under target pressure.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) and Microsoft Office suite.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Competitive Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-linked Uncapped IncentivesGrowth: Clear career progression path to Team Leader / Relationship Manager rolesBenefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Performance Rewards
