Jewellery showroom mein Cashier sirf billing karne wala employee nahi hota, balki showroom ke cash, customer payments aur financial transactions ka custodian hota hai. Isliye is position ke liye 100% honesty, trustworthiness, discipline aur responsibility sabse important qualities hain.

Cashier ko har transaction accurately process karna hoga aur ensure karna hoga ki showroom ka ek bhi rupee ya jewellery-related transaction bina proper documentation ke na ho.

• Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Payment HandlingHar customer ki billing accurately software mein prepare karna.
• Cash, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, EMI aur Finance payments receive karna.
• Jewellery ki details jaise:

• Invoice print karke customer ko explain karna.

2. Cash HandlingCashier showroom ke cash ka direct incharge hota hai.

Uski responsibilities hongi:

• Opening cash count karna.
• Cash drawer properly maintain karna.
• Har payment immediately system mein enter karna.
• Cash ko unnecessarily counter par open nahi chhodna.
• Fake notes identify karna.
• Cash shortage ya excess immediately report karna.
• End of Day cash tally karna.
• Daily Cash Closing Report banana.
• Cash safe mein deposit karna as per company policy.

Cash handling mein zero negligence acceptable hogi.

3. Customer ServiceCashier showroom ka last interaction point hota hai.

Isliye:

• Customer ko politely greet karna.
• Smile ke saath invoice explain karna.
• Payment options batana.
• Customer ke billing related doubts clear karna.
• Exchange, buyback aur booking policies explain karna.
• Professional behaviour maintain karna.

4. DocumentationCashier ko proper documentation maintain karna hoga.

5. Jewellery Verification Before BillingBilling karne se pehle Cashier ensure karega ki:

• Stone details match kare.
• Product code correct ho.
• Sales Executive approval available ho.
• Manager approval (where applicable) li gayi ho.
