Job Description

We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage and optimize ( Jewellery Field). The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer data, managing leads and opportunities, supporting sales and customer support teams, and ensuring smooth CRM workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, data management, reporting, and customer engagement processes.


Key Responsibilities 


  • Manage CRM system operations, including data entry, updates, and maintenance


  • Handle customer data management, database accuracy, and data validation


  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline through CRM tools


  • Support sales team and customer support team with CRM coordination


  • Monitor customer interactions, follow-ups, and lifecycle management


  • Generate CRM reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance analytics


  • Ensure proper CRM workflow, automation, and process adherence


  • Coordinate with marketing for lead allocation, campaign tracking, and conversions


  • Handle customer queries, escalation tracking, and resolution follow-ups


  • Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
