Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Salary: ₹8000 to ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Jewelry industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce, preferably from the jewelry industry, and should be capable of handling product listings, order processing, and customer coordination.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, website, etc.).
  • Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and offers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Handle customer queries and returns.
  • Track sales, stock, and inventory online.
  • Analyze performance and suggest improvements for sales growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on all platforms.
