Job Description

Company: Mabicons Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. Location: New Atish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (Depends on Interview) Shift: Day Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle candidate calling and interview coordination.

• Screen candidates over phone and assess basic eligibility.

• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Update recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional phone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
