Operations Manager

Job Role: Operations Team Lead – Misrii

Role Purpose

To independently manage Misrii’s day-to-day operations and ensure consistent food quality, timely order fulfilment, disciplined teamwork, cost control, customer satisfaction and business growth across the kitchen, outlet and vending operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and supervise daily kitchen production, packing and dispatch.

* Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, portion size and presentation.

* Implement and monitor SOPs, checklists and quality-control systems.

* Manage staff attendance, scheduling, task allocation, training and performance.

* Maintain inventory, control wastage and ensure timely procurement.

* Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, complaints and service recovery.

* Monitor outlet and vending-machine stock, sales and replenishment.

* Support local promotions, business development and repeat-customer growth.

* Track daily sales, expenses, food cost, stock variations and operational issues.

* Submit accurate daily and weekly reports with pending tasks and corrective actions.

* Coordinate with vendors, delivery staff, institutional clients and management.

* Identify operational problems early and take ownership until resolution.
