Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including putaway, item audit, and loading/unloading.
  • Ensure orders are packed properly and store operations run smoothly.
  • Training will be provided after joining.

Salary & Benefits


  • Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on location)
  • Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
