Position: Restaurant Manager

Department: Operations

Experience: 2–5 years in restaurant/QSR/café operations

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.

* Supervise and manage kitchen, service, and support staff.

* Ensure SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and service standards are followed.

* Monitor daily sales, food cost, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.

* Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.

* Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance.

* Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

* Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

* Monitor Swiggy/Zomato and dine-in/takeaway operations.

* Prepare daily sales, inventory, wastage, and expense reports.

* Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

* Coordinate with the owner/management regarding business performance and requirements.

* Monthly sales achievement

* Food & packaging cost %

* Wastage control

* Customer ratings/reviews

* Staff productivity

* Inventory accuracy

* Overall restaurant profitability
