Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are hiring Event Executives specifically for event operations and on-ground execution only. This role is focused purely on managing live events such as weddings, corporate events, and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle on-ground execution of events
  • Coordinate with technical team (sound, light, LED, truss)
  • Manage event setup and dismantling
  • Ensure smooth running of events as per timeline
  • Support client requirements during events
  • Work closely with internal team and vendors

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in events (late nights / flexible hours)
  • Ability to handle pressure during live events
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
