Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper table management and guest flow.
- 2. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Conduct daily staff briefings.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Monitor employee performance and discipline.
- 3. Customer ServiceEnsure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- 4. Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly sales targets.
- Increase average bill value and customer footfall.
- Promote special offers and combo meals.
- Monitor daily sales reports.
- 5. Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor food and beverage inventory.
- Control food cost and wastage.
- Verify stock consumption and purchase requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock audits.
- 6. Cash & Billing ManagementEnsure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Verify daily cash reports and POS records.
- Monitor discounts, void bills, and complimentary items.
- Ensure proper expense documentation.
- 7. Kitchen CoordinationCoordinate with the Head Chef for food quality.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of South Indian dishes.
- Monitor food presentation and consistency.
- Ensure availability of menu items.
- 8. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI and local regulations.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Conduct hygiene inspections regularly.
