Purchase Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive with prior experience in the Hotel Industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor management, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per operational requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily purchasing activities for hotel operations.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with different departments for material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain inventory coordination and stock availability.
• Compare quotations and finalize suppliers as per company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure quality standards and cost control in procurement.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Strong understanding of inventory and purchase procedures.
