Job Responsibilities

* Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals/advisors.

* Drive business growth through sales planning and execution.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.

* Conduct field visits, joint calls and team coaching activities.

* Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are met.

* Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Experience in BFSI Sales, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Broking or Financial Products.

* Team handling experience preferred.

* Strong communication, leadership and relationship management skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
