Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our furniture manufacturing business. The company manufactures and supplies furniture for commercial and residential projects, including Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts, Offices, Airbnbs, Schools, Institutes, Universities, and Residential projects.

We provide qualified leads to the sales executive. Your responsibility will be to contact these leads, understand their requirements, schedule appointments, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Call and connect with leads provided by the company.
2. Understand the customer's furniture requirements, budget, quantity, and project details.
3. Confirm and schedule appointments with potential customers.
4. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp until the enquiry is converted or closed.
5. Visit customers, project sites, offices, cafes, restaurants, hotels, or other locations when required.
6. Present our furniture products, manufacturing capabilities, pricing, and customization options.
7. Coordinate with the factory and internal team regarding customer requirements and quotations.
8. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales status.
9. Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
10. Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

What We Are Looking For -

1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
3. Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
4. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits when required.
5. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
6. Experience in furniture, interior, real estate, construction, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
7. Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply.

Important: This is a field + telephonic sales role. The company provides leads, but the candidate must actively follow up, meet customers when required, and take ownership of converting enquiries into sales.
