Job Description
SENIOR HR RECRUITER
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–6 Years
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer closure, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets.
- RequirementsStrong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals.
- Ability to close positions quickly with quality candidates.
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/corporate hiring will be preferred.
