Position: Residential Apartment Beautification Executive / Interior Designer

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Residential Apartment Beautification Executive / Interior Designer who can enhance the overall appearance, presentation and customer experience of our residential apartment project. The candidate will be responsible for apartment decoration, sample flat presentation, common-area beautification, styling, display setup and coordination with site teams to ensure the project looks attractive, premium and well-presented for customers and visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute apartment beautification and decoration as per project requirements.
• Ensure sample flats and available apartments are presented in an attractive and premium manner.
• Select and coordinate furniture, décor items, curtains, lighting, artwork, plants and other decorative elements.
• Improve the visual presentation of rooms, living areas, bedrooms, balconies and other customer-facing spaces.
• Coordinate the beautification of entrance areas, lobbies, corridors, common areas and site experience zones.
• Regularly inspect apartments and identify areas requiring cleaning, decoration, styling, repair or improvement.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Purchase and Site teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, carpenters, electricians and other service providers.
• Maintain proper placement and condition of furniture and decorative items.
• Ensure the site remains clean, attractive and presentable for customer visits.
• Prepare requirements for décor materials and coordinate with the Purchase Department.
• Monitor execution of decoration and presentation work within the approved budget.
• Suggest new ideas to improve the overall customer experience and visual appeal of the project.
• Support the Sales Team by maintaining an attractive and customer-ready site.
• Take photographs/videos of completed setups and maintain records for management review.
• Required Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Fashion/Visual Design or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in interior decoration, residential styling, site presentation or real estate project beautification may also be considered.
• Required SkillsStrong creativity and sense of aesthetics.
• Good understanding of colours, lighting, furniture placement and décor.
• Knowledge of residential interiors and presentation.
• Good vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently at a project site.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation quality.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in Residential Real Estate, Interior Design, Sample Flat Styling or Property Presentation will be preferred.
• Candidate should have the ability to personally visit the site and ensure that apartments and common areas are always clean, attractive and customer-ready.
• Candidates with creative ideas and a strong visual sense will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills and interview performance.)
