Warehouse Executive

We're looking for a Warehouse operator to own day-to-day fulfilment operations at our Jaipur warehouse. This isn't a generic packing role — OATH is a premium brand and every order that ships out represents our promise to the customer. We need someone who treats that seriously.

What the role covers:

→ Order Fulfilment: Picking products from shelf, performing quality checks against approved samples (dial scratches, strap defects, branding accuracy), packing in OATH-branded packaging (watch boxes, velvet inserts, thank-you cards), generating AWBs via Unicommerce, and coordinating daily courier pickups. Target is same-day dispatch for all orders received before 2 PM.

→ Inventory Management: Receiving inward stock from vendors, physical count reconciliation against Unicommerce, SKU-wise shelf organisation following FIFO, weekly physical inventory audits, maintaining barcode labels, and tracking packaging material stock with reorder triggers.

→ Returns & Reverse Logistics: Inspecting returned products against condition checklist, segregating into resaleable/damaged/defective categories, documenting with photos, restocking good units, and escalating defective ones for vendor claims.

→ Daily Reporting: End-of-day dispatch report to Operations Manager, immediate escalation of issues (stock-outs, quality concerns, courier delays), and following all SOPs without deviation.

What we're looking for:

* Must be based in Jaipur — this is fully in-office/warehouse, no remote work

* Prior e-commerce fulfilment or warehouse operations experience is essential

* Must have working knowledge of Unicommerce or similar OMS platform (order processing, inventory sync, AWB generation)

* Strong attention to detail — you'll handle premium watches worth ₹3K–9K each, not FMCG

* Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently

* Comfortable with basic tech: courier portals, spreadsheets, barcode scanning

* Honest and trustworthy — you'll manage inventory worth lakhs daily

Work schedule:

* Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

* Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (half day)

* Sunday: Off
