E-commerce Manager ( Waregousing & Operations )

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and office. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling inventory, dispatch operations, warehouse staff, and overall operational activities while ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and inventory operations.
• Ensure accurate stock management and regular stock reconciliation.
• Supervise daily order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Monitor inward and outward inventory movements.
• Lead and manage warehouse and operations staff.
• Maintain warehouse discipline and operational efficiency.
• Oversee office administration and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
• Implement and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure timely execution of all operational tasks.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, or E-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Experience handling warehouse teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is preferred.
• Ability to solve operational issues efficiently.
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Shopify, D2C brands, Unicommerce, warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce companies will be preferred.
