Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly greet all customers upon arrival.
- Assist customers with seating and escort them to their preferred seats.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Support VIP guests and special occasions with appropriate attention and service.
- Follow company service standards and customer service policies.
- Assist with crowd management and smooth movement of customers during busy periods.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive, welcoming attitude at all times.
