Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain KPIs for different departments and positions.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly employee performance.
- Collect performance data from Sales, Stock, CRM, Accounts, Operations, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
- Monitor individual and departmental targets against actual achievements.
- Identify performance gaps and highlight areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain employee-wise performance records and dashboards.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding targets and performance reviews.
- Prepare monthly performance summaries for management.
- Support the HR team in performance appraisals, incentives, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure KPI data is accurate, updated, and properly documented.
- Follow up with employees and managers regarding pending targets or performance issues.
- Analyze trends and provide management with actionable performance insights.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee performance and salary-related information
