Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Drive business development and identify new market opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners
• Handle major/key accounts and strategic clients
• Monitor sales performance, targets and revenue growth
• Lead commercial negotiations and support deal closures
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and management reports
• Mentor and motivate the sales team for improved performance
Candidate Profile:
✔ Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
✔ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
✔ Strong understanding of B2B/industrial markets
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
