Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, references, digital enquiries, and local market activities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers to customers.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.

- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.

- Stay updated on products, competitors, pricing, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/12th pass with relevant sales experience.

- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

- Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
