Respond to student inquiries over phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about the college's programs, admission process, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist in explaining the benefits and features of various courses offered by the college.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
• Contact prospective students from leads generated through the college's website, events, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maintain interest and provide additional information about the programs.
• Track and update lead status in the college's CRM system
• Inform potential students about special programs, scholarship opportunities, events, and workshops.
• Promote college events such as open houses, webinars, and orientation sessions.
