Job Description
- Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets for industrial LPG cylinders, FO, and LDO.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard industrial, commercial, and institutional customers (manufacturing units, hotels, hospitals, foundries, kilns, etc.).
- Expand distributor footprint in Jodhpur and adjoining industrial areas.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, rate contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
- Channel & Customer ManagementManage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted supply.
- Resolve customer complaints related to supply, pricing, quality, or service levels.
- Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack competitor pricing, market trends, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, collections, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Recommend pricing and promotional strategies in line with market conditions and company guidelines.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and annual sales volume (MT / KL / Cylinders)
- Revenue growth and margin achievement
