Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek new customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
• Site Assessments: Conduct on-site evaluations to determine solar feasibility, including roof size, shading, orientation, and energy usage analysis.
• Consultative Selling: Educate potential clients on solar technology, cost savings, environmental impacts, and available government subsidies or tax incentives.
• Proposal Development: Create customized solar energy system proposals and accurate quotes based on customer needs and site conditions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and financing options to close sales deals while maintaining company profitability.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for post-sales support and referral generation.

• Experience: Proven track record in direct sales, ideally 1–2 years in the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of solar PV systems, components, net metering, and financial models like ROI and payback periods.
