Job Description
Vice Principal – Little Scholars High School
Location: Kamareddy
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Principal / Management
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Principal in smooth academic and administrative operations.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, syllabus completion and student performance.
- Conduct classroom observations and guide teachers for improvement.
- Maintain teacher accountability, discipline and punctuality.
- Monitor student discipline, attendance and overall wellbeing.
- Coordinate examinations, results, activities and school events.
- Address parent concerns professionally.
- Ensure effective communication between teachers, coordinators and management.
- Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day school functioning.
- Submit regular updates and reports to the Principal/Management.
- RequirementsPostgraduate degree with B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience in teaching and school academic leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle teachers, students and parents effectively.
- Proactive, disciplined and result-oriented.
