JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Site Supervisor

Location: PAN India Sites

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Site Execution (signage, printing, fabrication, digital signage, or related industries is a plus)

Industry: Signage Manufacturing and Digital Signage

Objective

Responsible for managing site execution activities, ensuring accurate measurements, material verification, documentation, coordination with teams, and timely reporting while maintaining quality and safety standards at project sites.

Qualifications & Skills Required

·        Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

·        1–3 years of experience in site supervision, installation, fabrication, signage, or project execution activities.

·        Experience in handling site measurements, material management, and execution reporting.

·        Knowledge of work at height safety practices.

·        Willingness to travel PAN India and stay at project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Measurement & Approval

·        Conduct accurate measurements at site as per project requirements.

·        Prepare and submit measurements in the required format.

·        Share measurement details and required formats from site and obtain approval from the immediate senior before leaving the site.

2. Site Execution & Installation Work

·        Responsible for hands-on execution of site work independently, including installation and completion activities as per project requirements.

·        Perform work at height activities with proper safety precautions and follow all required safety procedures.

·        Ensure proper use of safety equipment (PPE, safety harness, helmet, etc.) during site execution.

·        Ensure quality of work, finishing, and timely completion of assigned site activities.

·        Remain present at ongoing execution sites and actively manage day-to-day site work.

3. Material Verification & Management

·        Check complete material availability at site as per BOM, including quantity and specifications.

·        Verify available material before starting execution work.

·        Report any shortage or missing material to the immediate senior on the first day itself.

·        Coordinate and manage scaffolding movement from one site to another site or factory.

4. Site Reporting & Documentation

·        Share daily work execution reports in the morning and evening.

·        Maintain all daily site documentation and required formalities.

·        Share site photographs before starting and after completion of work.

·        Before installation: Application area and structure/frame photographs.

·        After installation: Final completed work photographs.

5. Site Coordination & HOTO

·        Collect materials or documents from the nearest courier location if dispatched from the office.

·        Inform the immediate senior at least 3 days before site completion for HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) arrangement.

·        Discuss and respond to queries raised by site officers related to executed work.
