Customer Care Executive

Welcome and attend to customers visiting the Honda showroom.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and vehicle preferences.

Explain Honda motorcycle and scooter models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.

Arrange and coordinate vehicle test rides.

Generate new sales leads through showroom enquiries, telephone calls, WhatsApp, references, and local marketing activities.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.

Explain available finance, loan, insurance, exchange, and other dealership schemes.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to assist customers with documentation and processing.

Prepare quotations and booking details accurately.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers until vehicle delivery.

Coordinate with the concerned teams for timely vehicle delivery.

Explain basic vehicle features, controls, maintenance schedules, and warranty information at the time of delivery.

Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Make post-delivery calls to check customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.

Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/dealership software.

Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
