Job Responsibilities:

✔ Billing & Invoicing

✔ Purchase Entry & Management

✔ Basic Accounting Entries

✔ Inventory & Stock Management

✔ Dispatch Management

✔ Daily Office Operations

✔ Filing & Documentation

✔ MIS Reports Preparation

✔ Data Entry & Record Maintenance

✔ Other Miscellaneous Office Work

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Computer Operations

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of billing and accounting software will be preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

🎓 Preferred Candidate• Graduate with a Computer/IT background preferred

• BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. IT / Other Computer-related graduates preferred

• Candidates with good computer skills and willingness to learn can also apply

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate

• Commerce or Computer background preferred

Experience:

• Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply
