Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and computer-savvy Telecalling Cum Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, making outbound calls, maintaining records, entering data, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, clients, riders, and prospective candidates as required.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers/candidates regarding inquiries, applications, orders, documents, and other requirements.
• Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.
• Perform computer-based data entry and update records accurately.
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, or similar software.
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams for daily activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of records.
• Respond to customer queries politely and escalate important issues to the concerned person.
• Perform general computer and office-related tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to operate Excel/Google Sheets and perform data entry.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Candidates with previous experience in telecalling, customer support, data entry, or office operations will be preferred.
