IVA Sales Associate / UK Debt Consultant

Location : Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh — Full-Time, On-Site

Job OverviewWe are looking for confident and target-oriented IVA Sales Associates to handle outbound calls to customers in the UK who may be struggling with debt.

The role involves speaking with potential customers, understanding their financial situation, explaining the basic IVA process, checking their eligibility through the required questions, and generating qualified leads for the next stage of the process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to UK customers regarding debt-relief solutions.
• Understand customers' financial circumstances through structured questioning.
• Explain the IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) process in a simple and professional manner.
• Identify customers who may qualify for an IVA based on the required criteria.
• Generate and qualify leads and accurately record customer information.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
• Follow approved calling scripts, compliance requirements, and company processes.
• Coordinate with the sales/processing team for qualified cases.
• Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with UK customers over the phone.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or computer operations.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Previous experience in UK sales, telecalling, debt management, IVA, insurance, financial services, or BPO will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Working Hours : 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Monday to Friday
