Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, inventory, food cost, and wastage.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team.
