🚗 QMS Engineer – Automotive
ALUMAX Automotive – HPDC Component Manufacturer
📍 स्थान: Shiroli MIDC, Kolhapur
🕐 शिफ्ट: General Shift
💰 वेतन: ₹40,000–₹45,000 प्रति माह
🔹 नौकरी की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- Plant में IATF 16949:2016 QMS को लागू करना और बनाए रखना
- PPAP, APQP, MSA एवं SPC activities संभालना
- Internal Audit, MRM एवं Corrective Action (8D) को lead करना
- Customer Complaints, RCA एवं CAPA Closure संभालना
- VDA, Customer एवं 3rd Party Audits में support करना
- Quality Documentation maintain करना तथा Control Plan एवं FMEA update करना
🔹 आवश्यक योग्यता
- शिक्षा: कोई भी relevant qualification
- अनुभव: Automotive QMS में 5–6 वर्ष
- IATF 16949:2016 एवं Automotive Core Tools की अच्छी जानकारी
- ISO 14001 एवं ISO 45001 का ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ
- MS Office का ज्ञान आवश्यक
- SAP QM Module का अनुभव preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain IATF 16949:2016 QMS at the plant
- Handle PPAP, APQP, MSA & SPC activities
- Lead Internal Audits, MRM & Corrective Actions (8D)
- Handle Customer Complaints, RCA & CAPA Closure
- Support VDA, Customer & 3rd Party Audits
- Maintain Quality Documentation and update Control Plan & FMEA
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any relevant qualification
- Experience: 5–6 years in Automotive QMS
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & Automotive Core Tools
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is an added advantage
- MS Office knowledge required
- SAP QM Module knowledge preferred
