Job Description

COMPUTER OPERATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Handle day-to-day computer and office work.
  2. Enter and update data accurately in Excel/software.
  3. Maintain office records, files, and documents.
  4. Manage emails, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  5. Maintain and update employee/customer records.
  6. Answer phone calls and coordinate with staff when required.
  7. Maintain proper documentation and filing.
  8. Perform basic MS Word and MS Excel work.
  9. Ensure data is entered correctly and confidential information is handled properly.
  10. Support the office team with routine administrative tasks.
